These days there are many people who find almost everything online, from a new toothbrush to a new love-partner. But there are many small businesses, including one person businesses offering a service,  who are not taking full advantage of this medium of  advertising. A well placed webpage or website, which comes up highly in Google searches, can be a very cost effective way of gaining new clients. Vacation – Location

The main holiday season for people in this part of the hemisphere is coming apon us. The weather here in the UK is mostly damp and drizzly but, in just a few hours flight, it can be much warmer. One destination which is getting increasingly popular for summer breaks is the Dalmatian coast of Croatia, just a hundred miles or so accross the Adriatic from Italy’s eastern coast.

The main two airports in Croatia are at Zagreb, in the north east, and Split, in the south west and on the Dalmatian coast. Just a short ferry journey from Split harbour are the popular islands of Brac and Hvar. The island of Brac, the nearer of the two, has the marvellous little harbour town of Bol, which is just a 20 minute walk along a pine tree lined promenade to the spectacular Zlatni rat, a long finger of beach stretching several hundeds of metres into the ocean – a marvellous and popular place to sunbathe with the clear sea lapping all around. Builders Everywhere

If you live in London, UK, you cannot fail to notice the amount of building work that has been going on in recent years. Almost from any vantage point, one can see somewhere towering above all, one of those massive cranes that are so abundant these days. Coming up closer, the likelyhood will be that it is being used over a new block of apartments that are being constructed.

On a smaller scale, you will not be able to traverse any sizable street without coming across some building renovation work going on at some house or other. A Dodgy Reputation

One Catagory of service providers which does appear to have a particularly dodgy reputation is that of the builder.
